Fountain Grass (Pennisetum alopecoides) - This grass is not hardy in Guelph so I purchase it as an annual. Its soft arching flower heads provide a special focus even in a plant container grouping with smaller plants. Several stems of this grass makes a wonderful dried bouquet arrangement.
